UK Missions

On the Move is able to provide a helpful service for UK missions. We are glad to:

• come and do a presentation for church leaders
• do five minute presentations in up to 12 churches on one Sunday morning prior to the mission (and teach you how to do any more that may be needed)
• provide written organisers’ guides to help you organise things
• write to all team members with dates etc, plus a brochure on the missions
• order the food for the mission from a local supermarket
• come and lead a training evening
• be with you for the mission, gradually enabling local leaders to take the lead
• bring chairs, tables and professional barbecue griddles
• print your invitation card and provide badges, song sheets and tracts
• provide public liability insurance for the event.

We are glad to make no charge whatsoever for our own time. We ask for a payment from the group of local churches (to be split between them) to cover the direct costs of the mission (including all food, printing, postage, transport of equipment, cups and serviettes, insurance and more). This is typically £3-4,000, depending on how many people we think will be fed!
